ARCH Racing returned to the grid this past weekend at Barber Motorsports Park for Round 2 of the MotoAmerica Mission Super Hooligan National Championship, with Corey Alexander and Jeremy McWilliams aboard the ARCH Motorcycle 2s-R.

High temperatures added another challenge to Barber’s already technical layout, making the weekend a demanding test for both riders and crew. Despite the conditions, ARCH Racing showed clear pace from qualifying, with Alexander placing the 2s-R sixth on the grid after posting a 1:28.245 — less than a second from pole position.

That speed carried into Race 1, where Alexander launched into the front group and ran in podium position early in the race. The strong opening laps highlighted the continued development of the ARCH 2s-R and the team’s growing competitiveness against one of the deepest Super Hooligan fields of the season.

Alexander remained in the fight throughout the race, delivering impressive lap times in the heat before bringing the ARCH 2s-R home in seventh. McWilliams also completed Race 1, finishing 15th and adding valuable race mileage and feedback to the program.

“Barber was another tough one for our air-cooled platform with the heat, but it was nice to be fighting at the front again. Qualifying sixth and running in podium position early in Race 1 were big positives for us. The results weren’t exactly what we wanted, but the pace was there, and there’s a lot to build on.”

“It was a tough weekend with an intermittent power issue we couldn’t fully resolve. Race 1 became about bringing the bike home and gathering data, and although the crew worked hard overnight, the issue returned on Sunday and I wasn’t able to finish Race 2. It’s disappointing for the team, our sponsors, and fans, but we’ll regroup and keep working to get it sorted”

Race 2 brought a more difficult outcome, with both Alexander and McWilliams forced to retire before the finish. While the final result did not reflect the team’s potential, the weekend offered several clear positives — including Alexander’s qualifying performance, early podium-running pace, and the team’s ability to compete inside the lead group.

The team leaves Alabama with valuable data and a sharper focus as development of the ARCH 2s-R continues into the next round at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, Washington – June 26–28, 2026.
